WEDDINGS, WEDDINGS AND . . .

wedding photos. That's all I've been doing for the past week and a half and has it been FUN!!!!! This past week I spent with one of my niece's and my sisters preparing for the niece's wedding. We cooked food, decorated the "church" (which is a rustic building with sawdust floors), decorated the hall, carved pumpkins, baked and decorated the wedding cake and then saw it all come to an end on Saturday evening. Actually - that's not quite the truth because I went Sunday to the bride & groom's home to watch them open their gifts. What a truly wonderful time and the bride was stunning (don't you agree?)!!!!

With all of that going on I've had no time to make a single card so I decided to scan Splitcoast for inspiration and came up with this beautiful wedding card by Linda Borneman (Hearth Cricket on SCS). She apparently doesn't blog, but her gallery on Splitcoast is a delight. I'm hoping to get to make my own version of her wonderful card in the next day or so.
Also - just a little FYI - I'm planning a Christmas Craft / Pizza Party for Saturday, December 6th from noon to 5 p.m. The cost is $25 and covers craft items, cards, room rental, food & drink. Let me know if you are interested in participating and I'll forward all the details.
Hope today has been a good one for you, that you accomplished all you needed and wanted to accomplish.
Thanks for visiting.
Jill
