HYDRANGEAS & LATEX

Just a short post today.

I made this card for my upcoming A-Z Techniques Class for the letter "L". The background was created using LATEX - but I can't give the specifics yet or my class participants will be a step ahead of me - and well, we just can't have that! LOL!!!!

I created the background using Certainly Celery and Lavendar Lace inks in a random, stamping pattern. Once finished it reminded me of hydrangeas so I dug out this beautiful stamp my son bought me for mother's day a few years ago, stamped in on whisper white in Memento Brown ink, then colored it with SU! Markers in Certainly Celery, Almost Amethyst, Bashful Blue, Summer Sun and Mellow Moss. I cut it out, popped it up on dimensionals then stamped the sentiment in Eggplant Envy using a stamp from this year's Saleabration set - Best Yet.

Don't forget to leave your suggestion for the NAME OUR FROG contest. The winner will be chosen tomorrow evening.

Hope you enjoyed today's work of heart -
Until next time -
Happy Stamping!
Jill

Jill, beautiful card!!!! Wow.
I love the colors and your flower is adorable.

I tried to email you, but I couldn't find an email address.

The heart punch is a seasonal item with Martha Stewart. I have lots of them on order, but right now none are available. As soon as I receive my order, I will be posting them on the blog.

Thanks for your comments and I do so appreciate your visint me.
